Must Visit In Goa - Deltin Suites & Casinos
Gambling in India is governed by the Public Gaming Act of 1867, which is a central law prohibiting the running or being in charge of any public gaming house/casinos. However, gaming falls under state law and so far Goa, Daman & Sikkim has legalized gambling activities.
As we were in Goa for two days, this was the perfect time for us to visit the Deltin group Suites and Casinos. There are lots of Casinos in Goa, but who can miss Asia’s largest floating Casino(Deltin Royale) and who can miss the first and foremost Casino of India(Deltin Jaqk).
Deltin Royale :

While visiting Deltin Royale , you can take a drop at Panjim Jetty or RMJ Jetty. Before 06:30 pm the drop will be provided to Panjim Jetty.
Deltin Royale is Asia’s largest floating Casino. The Casino is on the ship stationed at one place on Mandovi River near Panjim open 24*7. however if you want to enjoy, evening time is best suited for you.
There are basically two restaurants in Deltin Royale – “Sky Bar” on the roof top and “Vegas” on level 2 of the cruise. Deltin Royale has the highest number of gaming tables in Asia on any floating Casino separated across 4 levels of the ship.
Level 1- Ground Floor : Gaming Area And Poker Room
Level 2-Vegas Restaurant & Whiskeys(For Deltin Royale Memebers Only)
Level 3- Gaming Floor And Teen Patti Room
Level 4 – Deltin Memebers VVIP Gaming Room
Level 5- Roof Top Sky Bar
Learn to play table available on Level 1 of the Deltin Royale really helps you to understand the game before playing in actual. Photography and Videography is strictly prohibited on the gaming floor.
We enjoyed the live event on the roof top. It started at around 8 pm complimented by unlimited food and drinks making the visit more worthy. Deltin Jaqk :
On the very next day we decided to visit the first and foremost Casino of India – “Deltin Jaqk“.
Similar to Royale it’s open 24*7 and is divided into 4 levels. Being smaller in size to Royale and having less number of tables doesn’t make it any less then Deltin Royale.
Unlike Royale, Jaqk has only one entry point through Panjim. You have to take the feeder boat from the Panjim Jetty to the cruise.
The levels are divided as:
Level 1 – Reception And Lobby + VIP Gaming Room.
Level 2 – Gaming Floor
Level 3 – Restaurant Area
Level 4 – Roof Top Bar
